- With every €10 spent at the Plaza Shopping Centre you are requested to collect The Plaza Shopping Centre code(s) on Sundays only.
- Participation is valid for all residents of Malta and Gozo.
- Participants, who are minors, are to submit ID/Passport and details of their parents/guardians should they be a winner.
- Participants must first insert their details before inserting The Plaza Shopping Centre code(s).
- Participants must answer a question at registration.
- Participants submitting incorrect information at point of registration, will have their entry invalid.
- Participants may participate more than one time using different codes.
- Participants consent The Plaza Shopping Centre to process their data in accordance with the data
- Protection Act (Cap. 440 of the Laws of Malta).
- The Plaza Shopping Centre shall collect the data of the participants of this competition.
- Disclosure of data will only be released if required to do so under Maltese law.
- By entering this competition, all participants are agreeing to the use of their names and images to any publicity carried out by The Plaza Shopping Centre, in relation to this competition & without claim to compensation.
- Prize can be transferrable but not exchanged for cash
- Winner must provide the original receipt as a proof of purchase to be a valid winner.
- Winner will be contacted via e-mail and/or phone using the details submitted.
- Only the winner will be announced on social media.
- The prize, will be collected on a date decided between the winner and The Plaza Shopping Centre Management.
- The Plaza Shopping Centre reserves the right to verify the identity of the winner prior to awarding the prize.
- The competition will be removed from the Plaza Shopping Centre's App once the winner will be announced.
